Veterinary Treatments:

Our consultation times are 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 6pm on Monday to Friday  and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.  Animals coming to us for surgical procedures (inpatients) are to be dropped off between 8.30am and 9am Monday to Friday.  We run on an appointment only basis, so please call in advance.

We have a team of 4 resident Veterinary Surgeons who are very happy to help with the following:

  • Ultrasounds
  • Euthanasia
  • K Laser Therapy
  • And much much more!

All new customers will be required to have an initial consultation with one of our Vets before treatment can be given.  For pets who are on long term medication and all animals requiring annual vaccinations, we must provide a 12 monthly health check to ensure your animals are well enough for their booster and/ or a med check to ensure they are receiving the correct dosage for their condition and body weight.

Nurse Clinics:

Our team of dedicated Registered Vet Nurses are available for specialist clinics on Monday to Friday;

From 10.30am to 12pm and then from 3pm to 4pm.

Appointments for Nurse Clinics should be booked in advance as they are very popular and are FREE.  You simply pay for treatments and not for the consultation.  The clinics include the following;

  • Weight checks and feeding advice
  • Flea and worming advice and treatment
  • Nail trimming
  • Expression of anal glands
  • Microchipping
  • Second vaccinations (not including the first vaccination or annual booster.)
  • Stitch removal
  • Tick removal
  • Sexing
  • Tablet administration

PLEASE NOTE:  Nurse clinics are not available on Saturday mornings.

All other veterinary treatments will be with one of our excellent Vets, and a consultation fee will apply.  Payment is required in full at the time of treatment.

Out of Hours Services and Emergencies:

CVETS (Cornwall Veterinary Emergency Treatment Service) provide evening and weekend treatments to our registered clients when we are not open.  In case of a genuine emergency please call 01872 560952.
